# Monitoring Configuration

Using the Netacea iRules, there is no requirement to set up a separate ingest logging. The worker has the ability to operate in ingest-only mode. This means that no mitigating actions will take place.<br>

To implement the F5 integration into monitoring mode you will need to follow all instructions found in the "[Installation and Configuration](/netacea-plugin-information/f5/installation-and-configuration.md)" section.

As there is no separate ingest logging, to configure the F5 integration into monitoring mode the "**netacea\_ingest**" iRule will need to be enabled.
